A personal Instagram blog where I wrote about pop culture and my own experiences with mental health. It was my first time writing regularly about these subjects.
Task
Create a bright, simple and flexible visual style for posts about games, films, books and personal topics.
Solution
I used a broad, contrasting colour palette, loose organic shapes and visual references to games. This made it possible to vary the mood from post to post while keeping the overall look recognisable.
Result
The project became one of the first places where I began to regularly connect mental health education with writing about popular culture and video games — an approach I continued to develop in later texts.
