Logotypes

Anastasia Hartwig, Translator

A personal logo created for a business card during the period when I was preparing to work professionally as a translator. The identity was designed to be calm, approachable, and clearly tied to language and communication.

Challenge

The challenge was to represent the translation profession without clichés, while keeping the logo minimal and suitable for print. It needed to communicate clarity, dialogue, and linguistic precision in a compact, memorable form.

Solution

The pictogram combines two meanings in a single symbol: a comma and a speech bubble. This visual metaphor reflects both grammatical sensitivity and human communication, uniting technical accuracy with dialogue and understanding in a simple, readable shape.

Result

The final logo feels professional, friendly, and conceptually clear. It works well in small formats such as business cards and establishes a calm, language-focused personal identity rooted in communication and nuance.
